Get an infant tub that has a sling for when the baby is new, an incline for when they outgrow the sling but can't sit up yet and a larger place for them when they can sit on their own. I liked the tubs that have the no slip padding on the incline, a drain, and can fit on the kitchen sink (so you don't have to bend over it in the bathtub).

I loved the smaller bouncer for use when I moved from room to room in the house and for when I wanted to shower. Works great to soothe a baby.
